These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging program provided by Sales Retriever Systems. Sales Retriever Systems builds websites, lead-texting and review automation for local businesses. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Messaging Program
Messages sent by Sales Retriever Systems may include replies to your inquiries, appointment and demo reminders, account and service updates, and, if you opted in to them, promotional offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out and Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 737-365-3656. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sales Retriever Systems also does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures caused by factors outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility.

User Obligations
When using our messaging service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.
